טיפול באומנות במערכת החינוך

משרד החינוך הנו המעסיק הגדול ביותר של מטפלות באומנויות השונות בארץ, ויותר מ3500 מטפלות מועסקות במערכת זו. זאת, מבלי להסתמך על מחקר כלשהו שנעשה בנושא בארץ ותוך התמודדות עם קשיים רבים הקשורים למפגש בין השפה החינוכית לזו הטיפולית. לאחר שנים של עבודה כמטפלות הפכה סוגיה זו לסוגיה מרכזית בעבודתנו המחקרית. בשנים האחרונות אנחנו משתפות פעולה עם נשות משרד החינוך לחקר היבטים השונים של השילוב של טיפול באמנות במערכת החינוך. חלק מהמחקר עוסק בהמשגת העשייה בשטח, וחלק בוחן ולומד מתוך הקיים על תפקיד האומנות בתהליך הטיפולי, שיתופי פעולה רב צוותים, התמודדות עם יציאת מטפלת באומנות לחופשת לידה, היבטים מועילים ומעכבים בתהליך הטיפולי, משמעות חדר הטיפול, תנאי עבודה של מטפלות במערכת החינוך ועוד.
